What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery addresses. If you add a profile photo or write a review, we store those too.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and send order updates.
- To let you sign in, save addresses and see your order history.
- To answer your enquiries and support requests.
Passwords and payments
Your password is stored in a scrambled form that we cannot read. Payment details are not kept on this website.
Sharing
We share your name, address and phone number only with the delivery partners who bring your order to you, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can update your details from My account. To have your account removed, contact the JyotiDeep team.
